Malta, vol2

As great day Saturday was, Sunday was equally awesome. We had booked us a trip to the Blue Lagoon by a speedboat!!

When we took off, the driver? Captain? Said the best words ever: it's gonna be loud, it's gonna be bumpy, it's gonna be fast and it's gonna be wet. And it was all that and it was AWESOME!!!!!! One can seldom enjoy themselves as much as we enjoyed ourselves :D 

Blue Lagoon was true to it's name. Stunning place with turquoise waters. Badly overcrowded as it is the peak of the tourist season though. And yes: I did also swim in the sea! First time ever, and I have to say that seawater is very salty :D 

In the evening we went for a dinner in nice restaurant in Valletta. It was very, very beautiful there. 

I had a blast and will definitely go back again. There were tons of things we want to do and just didn't have time now. Great time, great company and lots of laughter - what else can you ask for? Thank you Katja for everything - giving me a place to sleep, spending time with me, all the laughter and great company!!

Niin mahtava päivä kuin lauantai olikin, sunnuntai oli aivan yhtä mahtava. Olimme buukanneet meille reissun Blue Lagoonille muskeliveneellä!!

Kun lähdimme satamasta, kuski? Kapteeni? Sanoi parhaat sanat ikinä: tästä tulee äänekästä, tästä tulee pomppuista, tästä tulee nopeaa ja tästä tulee märkää. Ja se oli niitä kaikkia ja se oli MAHTAVAA!!!!!! Harvoin voi nauttia olostaan yhtä paljon kuin me venematkan aikana :D 

Blue Lagoon oli nimensä veroinen. Tyrmäävän upea turkooseilla vesillä. Pahasti ruuhkainen kuitenkin koska turistikausi on huipussaan. Ja kyllä: uin myös meressä! Ensimmäistä kertaa ikinä, ja on sanottava että merivesi on todella suolaista :D 

Illalla menimme illalliselle ihanaan ravintolaan Vallettassa. Siellä oli todella, todella kaunista.

Minulla oli todella hauskaa ja ehdottomasti menen takaisin uudestaan. Emme ehtineet tehdä lähellekään kaikkea mitä halusimme. Mahtava viikonloppu, mahtavaa seuraa ja paljon naurua - mitä muuta voi pyytää? Kiitos Katja kaikesta - yösijasta, yhdessä viettämästämme ajasta, kaikesta naurusta ja mahtavasta seurasta!!
