Kaiserschmarrn

I have found a dessert here that I like a lot. I do sometimes have it as lunch too, but it is the sweet pancake-ish thingy that I can't really describe any better. On Sunday it was a sunny day, and we went to this one restaurant that is supposed to have the best kaiserschmarrn in the area. I have to say, it was pretty good. And had completely different texture than the one I sometimes have for lunch. As I was being told, this is due that some places use readymade dough whereas the real kaiserschmarrn is being made from scratch. This version was definitely made from scratch and it came with prune thingy. It was very good, and it was very sweet and it was VERY filling.

Olen löytänyt täällä jälkiruuan josta pidän kovasti. Joskus syön sitä lounaana, mutta kyseessä on siis makea pannukakun kaltainen systeemi jota en todella osaa paremmin kuvata. Sunnuntaina oli aurinkoinen päivä, ja menimme erääseen ravintolaan jolla pitäisi kuulemma olla paras kaiserschmarrn  alueella. On myönnettävä, se oli aika hyvää. Ja siinä oli ihan erilainen tekstuuri kuin siinä mitä syön toisinaan lounaaksi. Kuten minulle kerrottiin, tämä johtuu siitä että jotkut paikat käyttävät valmistaikinaa vaikka aito kaisershmarrn tehdään alusta loppuun itse. Tämä versio oli ehdottomasti tehty alusta loppuun itse ja se tuli luumusysteemin kera. Se oli erittäin hyvää, erittäin makeaa ja ERITTÄIN täyttävää.
